Singapore Tourist Visa
Entry requirements for Singapore depend on your nationality.
1. Visa-Free Entry (Exempt Countries)
30 to 90 Days: Citizens of over 160 countries—including the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and South Korea—do not require a visa for tourist or short-term social visits.
30-Day Mutual Exemption: Citizens of China and Malaysia enjoy mutual 30-day visa-exempt entry for social/tourist visits.
2. Visa-Required Countries
If you hold a passport from an Assessment Level I or II country (e.g., India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Egypt), you must obtain an e-Visa prior to travel:
Assessment Level I: India, China (for non-exempt travel/documents), Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Georgia, Ukraine, etc.
Assessment Level II: Passport holders from Middle Eastern & North African countries (e.g., Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen).
Application Method: Must be submitted electronically through a local Singaporean contact or an authorized visa agent.
Mandatory Requirements for All Travelers
Regardless of whether you need a visa, every visitor entering Singapore must fulfill the following:
Passport Validity: Valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of arrival.
SG Arrival Card (SGAC): Must be submitted online via the official ICA portal within 3 days prior to arrival (free of charge).
Onward/Return Ticket: Confirmed flight or transit ticket out of Singapore.
Sufficient Funds: Proof of sufficient funds for your stay.
